Fantastic!!! I am a new subscriber!! I am also starting a gourmet and medicinal mushroom farm with my best friend/business partner in Delaware. I love your operation. We are figuring out how to do the substrate mix and the inoculation. I am trying to figure out any pitfall before it happens. Really great system you have !!
