Another great fishing adventure, the fish looked delicious. I've been boating well over 45 years and suggest a "handshake" connector with heat shrink or a butt-splice with heat shrink for the wiring repair, it will keep the "elements" from corroding your wiring. No disrespect to I.G., glad he was there to help you find the problem.

I very much enjoy how real you guys are. It is so much better to watch you and Jay just having a great time. Most of us can't afford fancy lodges, guides, and equipment. The thing is, i fish a lot of mackerel myself, using the fish for bait in crab pots. And i never cook mackerel because im not the biggest fan. But seeing you cook them like this, makes me want to try it myself. Great stuff. Looks delicious.

I'm sure that Guernsey butter would improve any meal. After all, I grew up on Guernsey milk. I love mackerel, but the species, or whatever, was either Spanish or doggy (spotted?) both so much bigger than those babies you were catching. Another thing I thought of was - our mackerel isn't oily. Nothing like salmon, which I love. Anyway, great vid as always. It's always interesting to see what you poor blokes have to put up with in the UK fishing world. Lol, sorry. I wish I could send you a plane ticket to fish down-under for a while... Ah well, love your vids and that did look tasty.
