Fubuki is good at drawing and that is a fact But you know the thing People who draw manga usually aren't good at drawing anything else and that's why mangaka have people to draw backgrounds,apply the patterns and etc But flare here shows an amazing painting skill I'm surprised that there aren't any good recordings of her skill because that's an art student level of painting there

Uh.... that's not true? At all. Not all mangaka have assistants, first of all. And of the ones that do, they typically don't have assitants because they can't draw backgrounds and stuff, but because drawing 20+ pages a week by yourself is literally hell. It's true that artists who only ever draw "anime style" tend to be bad at other types of art in general, but the point of that is 9 times out of 10 they're ALSO bad at manga/anime and very very few of them make it as professionals.
