The graphic style personally reminds me of Pokémon's take on this series, especially entries like Super PMD. Funny that this game releases on Pokémon Day, too.

I'm glad this is getting a western release. But man... the pixel art style had so much charme, was so much prettier and had more fluid animations. Even the 3D Wii Shiren looked better. I can see they still tried to recreate that style, but same as with the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Remake - the jump to 3D makes it visually worse

As a Pokémon fan, I'm glad the TRUE original Mystery Dungeon has returned. Funny this game releases on Pokémon Day, too. Guess Pikachu and the gang wanted to give honors to the series that inspired one of their most popular spin-offs.

the Visual of ps2 era mystery dungeon Games of dragon Quest were looks much better than this one................. I miss Taloon (Torneko 3) and Yangus' Mysterious Dungeon games

Yeah, I honestly stopped caring about Spike Chunsoft games. They're all Switch exclusives. Shooting themselves in the foot, considering they'd have far more success if they literally branched out to ANYTHING else. Luckily this doesn't look like a game I'd ever touch, so I'm not bothered. Raincode looks good, but I will never pay for a Nintendo product and thus I will never buy from this company again. Emulators it is, someday.

So hyped! Tho, can we talk about the fact that only 3 out of the 8 previous Shiren games has ever been officially localized! Shiren 2, Shiren 4, Shiren GB, Shiren GB 2, and Shiren Gaiden still either is only in japanese or has to rely on fan translations. Also, i still find it really strange that Both Shiren 4 and Shiren 5 came out in 2010, like why release 2 numbered games in a franchise the exact same year?
