I don’t think most people tell their bosses anything like this unless it affects the work. However, if they were friends for over 20 years then you’d think she would have said something. I feel like Ernesto has lied and mansplained his mess to Shirley from the beginning. The fact that she’s telling him to fix the record or have it expunged means he told her the charges are old and he just needs to complete some administrative process. Every time she asks a real question he laughs and asks what she means like she can’t imply that anything is real. It’s something he can take care of and she supposed to believe it. He’s a con man and she believed him the whole time.

Thank you. I kept thinking Nesto reminded me of someone with his voice and actions and you help me put that together....agreed he has a lot of similarities to Tasha Scott husband. I think over the years age likely suspected but she loved him and he is a master of the tongue so she lived in denial until now when she shocked and forced to add the pieces. In the call were she tells him you need to take care of this I think at that point she started to come out of denial and make him be accountable. Her tone started to change. When she was on the Steve Harvey show currently she says these charges are horrific.....ie this ain't just us spending money on things we can not afford but he has been scamming and messing with animals. She likely thought and wondered why they were so short on funds but he was managing and spoiling her so she didn't add up all the pieces emotionally until they were stacked in front of her. God bless her. This is the ultimate example of loving a man and being in denial. It has happened to us all maybe not to this magnitude. I'm sure she is currently putting it all together and feels like a complete fool. I would not have put it together seimg the jail pic and if Erica was using a different last name she may not have put it togethe.
