[ASMR] Make a steering stem and change it.ステムの製作と打ち替え。

今回はステアリングステムの製作と打ち替えです。MotoGuzziにホンダ製フォークを流用するため、ステムを削り出しで製作し打ち替えます。溶接構造のホンダのステムの溶接部を旋盤で削り取り、新たに製作したステムを圧入します。ステムの圧入及びベアリングの圧入部は1/100mm台で切削します。
Today I made a steering stem.The stem was made and replaced to attach the Honda fork to the MotoGuzzi.The stem press-fitting and bearing press-fitting parts are cut in the 1/100 mm range.

I don’t understand why you made a new stem. I typically use the original stem an a better front end since the guzzi front end is so poor. I prefer the Suzuki 600 gsxr front end that is right side up. Then I put better brakes and space the disks out on the original wheel. That gives great suspension and brakes on an old bike.

He made a new stem to adapt a Honda front end to the Guzzi, it's right there at the beginning.

It is still easier to use the Guzzi stem than to make one from round stock. Still the workmanship is outstanding
