I just started playing the game. Been playing since the Fate Kaleid banner started. It's one of my favorite anime. So far, I've picked up Illya, Shiro, and Rin. If i can pick up Chloe i will stop pulling. Lol But i have noticed how OP Shiro is. He carried me through the rest of the main story.

You should be able to farm the event currency, by grinding the stages like ex stages. I find they drop a lot of the event currencies, and the exp stages are good for leveling up quickly.

SGL was being so over hyped and luckily I pulled her on 2nd free summon. I forced myself to include her in comps but just found her kit kinda useless toward my goals. She doesn't have anything that you absolutely need on a team, that can't be done. Like what reason would you use her over Houka? Without her equip abilities I think she is practically trash, supposedly she pairs very well with new emp. I think she had the shortest time on the top of the tierlist ever. It's like I think kirisame is so much better than her, especially if you have no Shirou

I wish i had a proper arts gen, im using Illya for now, got R&L + Shirou and... Valhalla (Listen, i needed a healer but my luck gettin any other was awful and roulette JUST ended :'D) So far im REALLY loving this team. I also got Miyu on the early pulls (hsd to pity for Shirou, worth it for me, i wanted him!) so considering about changing the team a bit! I dunno yet! Im glad to be back in the game! Still sad i lost my old acc with Mako tho...

To be fair, when is Shirou Emiya ever NOT broken in some shape or form? The real question though is why he's Water and not something like metal or fire (if they're elements in this game)

i know this is several months too late but he is now my favorite character on global so far, alongside wgfen and a couple others. one thing i noticed is his unique passives which make it so that he deals increased dmg to light AND dark bosses. i believe they made him water unit because he can take down light/dark without there being any drawbacks. if he were light unit, he'd take increased dmg from dark bosses (and vice versa). ergo, making him a water character sorta fits better for him considering all this!
