From what I understand, the C-C itself is truly gone, but its memory imprint (and the imprint of all Monolithians) remained in the noosphere. Strelok is not really a part of the C-C, he controls the Zone alone, by his own will.

Stalker 2 is trying too hard to look "cool" with the acting. And the voice acting isn't great either. Stalker 1 was taken more seriously because it wasn't trying to be over the top when it came to characters. Stalker 1 had "serious" characters, while Stalker 2 is too "hollywood" about it.

Scar alive is because he gifted, he had some "special" thing, you see in Stalker Clear Sky, he wasn't very much talktive but when he got strike by Blowout for third time on Clear Sky Ending, that probably mess up with his mind so he became very different person like from cold heart killer to like some comedy person who talk about anything and very social person.

Depends on who. For people, it's not a good thing they are trapped in the zone, and probably they will get killed or their numbers will be reduced because of famine, most likely because their connection to outside of the zone will be cut, but for the outsiders, it is a good thing because Sterlok can contaminate the zone itself, so no one can enter the zone; that way, disaster is prevented, and no one will try to control the zone other than Sterlok. But for Skiff ending, the whole world becomes the zone, like new zones appear in every country, so I could say Sterlok ending is for the best interest of the world
