I can because I live in the area where it is spoken (Baden-Württemberg) for my entire live even when I hear it rather rarely. Man, I think this little episode is actually art, and comedy gold. Throughout the whole scene, there are so many both grand story aspects, as well as fine details and intricacies, woven so naturally and organically that one does not even notice them.
