I can because I live in the area where it is spoken (Baden-Württemberg) for my entire live even when I hear it rather rarely. Man, I think this little episode is actually art, and comedy gold. Throughout the whole scene, there are so many both grand story aspects, as well as fine details and intricacies, woven so naturally and organically that one does not even notice them. It's a perfect blend of comedy, absurdity, and even some reality had the nazis won. The directors really deserve an award, you can see how much passion and love was put into this
