В готовом изделии горловина по полочке будет придушивать. Способ замера очень кустарный. Хороший портной так не сделает, нужен замер сантиметром, а еще лучше правильные лекала. Ни того, ни другого тут нет. Результат при таком неточном способе замера будет либо избыток, либо недостаток по горловине. В данном видео видна посадка по спинке. После утюжки частично исправить легче посадку на полочке, на спинке сложнее, но, повторюсь, это неправильный способ. При этом сам воротник и стойка выполнены очень хорошо.
