I'm busy watching this show over again each night, thanks to a recently purchased box set. What gets me now is how utterly over the top the whole show was. What really fascinates me is Joan appears in every scene with a different hair-do and a different outfit to match. And which woman wakes up with full make-up, hair immaculate, and eating a breakfast in bed, which consists mainly of caviar and champagne, oh and just to try and keep it real, a glass of fresh orange juice on the side.
