Amazing Person. His poetry was sung by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan as well. He was born in Pakistani city Narowal in Shakargarh District. It was only district of Gurdaspur given to Pakistan at the time of Independence. We Pakistani and Indians have many things in common like Shiv Kumar Batalvi then why we always fight and argue? Anyone will fall in love with him. Age and gender make no difference. Yes , I am a woman, but Shiv ji is old enough to be my grandfather. The way I love him, I initially thought was romantic but I realise its much more... it's like 1 soul who deeply understands and feels for the other.
