Narayan ki sadhna agar koi kar raha hai toh woh moksha ke paas hai.. ab moksha isi jeevan kaal mein mile yeh avashyak nahi hai, parantu ab aap 90% ready ho.. kyunki kisi ko bhi Moksha milna uss jeev aur janmon ke sath bandha hai.. jaldi Moksha paane ki iksha hona ek baat hai aur uski prapti se karm aur dharm anusar sunishchit hona dusri. Agar aapka sampoorna karm pura nahi hua toh Moksha ki iksha aapko pareshan karegi bas. Kaal chakra toh pura karna hi padega.. anyatha jeevan ki sambhavna hi atulya hai.

For those who differentiate between Hari and Har: Harivamsa Parva of Mahabharata in 2.125.41 रुद्रस्य परमो विष्णुर्विष्णोश्च परम: शिवः । एक एव द्विधा भूतो लोके चरति नित्यसः ॥ The supreme lord of Rudra (Shiva) is Vishnu and the supreme lord of Vishnu is Shiva. The same lord is moving in the world always in two forms. Harivamsha Parva of Mahabharata in 2.125.29 शिवाय विष्णुरूपाय विष्णवे शिवरूपिणे । यथान्तरं न पश्यमि तेन तौ दिशतः शिवम् ॥ Shiva is in the form of Vishnu and Vishnu is in the form of Shiva. There is no difference between them and both provide Auspiciousness. Both are equal, but have two forms. You worship the one whom you connect, that does not mean you should devalue the other.

Regarding why Shiva is called Mahadev, it's because Mahadev means Maha Deva, a senior among all deities, not the Supreme Lord, though deities and Param Bhagwan are different entities. Lord Vishnu is the Supreme God! Moreover, Vishnu never acts harshly; he never makes wrong decisions based on emotions like others do. He's always humble and never full of himself. He's the wisest! All of these aspects prove how supreme he is. He's the top Supreme Hindu God of the omniverse... Almighty Vishnu is not an emotional fool. He doesn't get carried away by anger. For instance, he wouldn't kill his own son, as Shiva killed Ganesha, beheading him out of rage. The truth is Vishnu is the strongest and most powerful among the other gods! He is wise, which is why he never tries to prove himself as the most powerful because he understands the emotions of other gods. He respects all gods and humans equally.
