Sir, it's a big loss. Your family have history of heart attack, doctor should alert all members, should not do over exercise or strain that causing impact to health. Medium to moderate level of exercise is good. I am sorry to tell this every year we should do complete body check up and take necessary steps to prevent any health related issues.
