I feel so jealous! I'm just starting my final module of an arts and humanities degree, so when I started students did AA100 the arts past and present. It was a fantastic broad-based arts and humanities module as Richard said. I followed this by doing A105 Voices, Texts, and Material Culture which was another broad-based arts and humanities module but I remember one book was completely on English - Language, Literature, and creative writing which I hated with a passion. If I had a choice back then I would have chosen A113 Revolutions, especially as I went on to specialise in History and Religious Studies, but mainly to avoid English Literature and Creative Writing.

Starting A111 in October but will be doing L101 next... so will be doing neither of these, even though some of the subject areas are interesting :-)

A102 Very interesting but need a good and quiet place to study especially if you have an impairment .
