Thanks Shlohmo, you've gotten me through some dark shit over the last decade. I used to blast your mixes, like BTS, Fader, Maryanne Hobs, and the Fact mix, while I drove around aimlessly thinking about all the shit I should have been doing, done differently or wanted to do. Bad Vibes felt like my life narrated by music and Later helped me have hope that things would change. Since I started listening to your music in 2009 I've been lost and found my way many times, I've battled with addiction, I've been to prison, I've turned my life around and I've found the hope I always looked for. And through it all your music was there to take me away when I needed to clear my head, when I needed to shut myself up and when I needed to escape whatever was going on in in my life. You may never read this or know how much of an impact your music made on me and my life but I'll never forget the times where your music seemed to save my life. Seeing you live at Snowball Fest and then Treefort in Boise were two of the best nights of my life. Thank you.

*So what I get from this is:* (What do you think?) - This is clearly one person in different stages on his life *- He visibly is in distress and went through some kind auf trauma* - The glimpses of pictures we see are either frightening, uncanny, neutral or nostalgic memorys but never too happy. One picture said (I feel sorry for the people who never went crazy) *- The baby with the paint on his face could represent that he was born with this "ugliness" and the universe gave him this live he didn't choose.* - Burning the stuffed toy could represend his letting go of his childhood that seemed to be rather lonesome. He is watching it burn. *- The burning woods could represent his mental state.* - The frantic pictures could mean that it all went by so fast and you never see one clear picture so you wonder if you have ever seen or lived these moments at all. It becomes a blur. *- He spent his life as an outcast* - He met a girl and they fell in love (but it ended just as fast), represented by the sudden transition from holding hands to him sitting on the bed in silence while she looks at nothing. *- He had a falling out with a person he looked up to (maybe it was his dad but at least it seemed to be a fatherfigure of sorts)* - His life was a mess, represended by all the filth and the pictures of messy housholds. (Probably more so in relation to what is going on in his mind and his mental state than his living conditions) *- The scene in the hospital could mean that someone he had a relation to was in a serious condition. Maybe it was his mother since we already saw that the man is ok. OR MAYBE this man WAS his father (maybe his relationship to him got better) and they were arguing wether or not he should go through with an operation. Then there were complications and he even tried to give him his blood to save him (Short focus on the Bloodconserve) but to no avail because we never see the man again and he probably died. Whoever it was... he left his old toy out of the room and maybe this is supposed to represent his distance or resentment. Maybe he had a grundge because the man risked his life when he now JUST found his dad and now he is all alone again. The green mist maybe symbolises decay, disease and probably death. The hospital in this scene looks more like a morgue. I've noticed that in one of the following pictures, a "memory" of this man turned red.* - The forrest (His mind) that would normally be green and having leafs is sadly dry and dead. It's basically like tinder and a single spark can set it ablaze. Something that normaly symbolizes life and healthiness now becomes the powder keg for death and destruction. *- At one point he is clearly weakened and visibly scarred and hurt. His mind is dark and without light. The ground is completely covered in ash. I believe that this is telling us that it has burned in this forrest (his mind) not only once and it never got better. It's piling up. The next scene it starts to burn and the fire gets out of control.* - Now he is on his knees and instead of letting himself get consumed by the fire he decides to run- or "push" through the fire. *- He is running so something that could save him from the fire. He finds water which acts as the opposite to what the fire represents. He hesitates. Maybe he is wondering about what would happen if he'd step in. The music becomes calm and monotone and maybe so are his thoughts. Whatever the water is, it gives him peace and it simply washes him away. Maybe HE was on fire and the water put him out. The smoke at the end could be compared to the smoke that you see when you blow out a candle.*
