Your players do not play in IPL because India has banned your pakistani players from playing in IPL. PCB is not independent cricket board, ask your PCB where almost 40%- 50% of the money they gets comes from? it's from india via ICC. Maximum revenue ICC gets comes from india. There was time when PCB wasn't able to pay your players for months since June 2024 and even before that several times. If india stops sharing revenue your PCB officials will roam around holding katora.
