Shoaib Akhtar sir has been through all this in his legendary career. His knowledge about sports fitness & technicalities is superb. He genuinely gives advice and well-intended criticism irrespective of where the player is from. He had already told in I guess 2019, that Bumrah will get injured often due to his action.. We must learn from our seniors and respect.

One year back, when he said that Bumrah will catch injuries frequently, we Indians were laughing at his comments and were busy making memes. Now we are asking for his inputs on how to keep Bumrah injury free. We as Indian cricket fans need to learn to take constructive criticism.

@@005JR8 It is not about bowling more. It is about his action. Here in Pakistan, most of our bowling legends said that Bumrah is prone to back injury because of his bowling action. There is a certain jerk in his bowling which exerts extra stress on his back. What is more surprising is that Indian management failed to forsee this. Similar case was with Naseem Shah, he faced a career ending back injury, basically a fracture. And casue of the back injury was his bowling action, therefore, he was sent to the national cricket academy to rectify it. Now Alhamdolillah and Mashallah he is bowling good.

It is clear bowling coaches have "ZERO" knowledge on body dynamics & injury prevention. Some of our bowling coaches have road roller body and unfit physically. What you don't understand is that What used to be Hind is not just India, it also includes Pakistan. And the prophecy is simply telling about a war in this region against the oppressors who oppress the innocent humans, and just the Muslims. Secondly, it's not against Hindus or any other religion, it is always against the oppressors of any kind, even if the oppressors are Muslims and they are oppressing Hindus, Muslims, sikhs or any human being for that matter, a Muslim must stand with the oppressed regardless or their religion against the oppressor. Most people get confused by the word Hind, Hind is a region, an area not hindus or the current Hindustan.
