Bumrah and archer are both bowlers who doesn't follow proper bowling bio mechanics of bowling...they don't gather pace in their run ups they basically bowl from shoulders and back,and to hit 140+ from just 2 muscle groups will put pressure on them and cause injury...that has what happened to them..I hope they recover as soon as possible

Archer is prone to much injuries whereas bumrah was injured only once in his career and rested extra period as his wife delivered just a baby and he was present there. He wants to increase his skills and try much more variations and secret weapons under his kit hence bumrah maintains fitness and practises more than any bowler in the world.

Main issue is the biomechanics. Bumrah has the worst biomechanics. Shaheen doesn't have a proper jump, Naseem shah has the front leg more inwards. There are a lot of things to be considered in the biomechanics. The more things go wrong in the biomechanics, the more a bowler will be prone to injury.

@@toothless2900 I think he is fine.. But don't copy someone's action. Look for your landing foot. If you're landing front-on, Change your upper body to front on and if you're landing is side on, change your upper body to side on.. Look for these things on youtube... Also, make video of yourself bowling. Keep it mind that lower body is difficult to change as compared to upper body.

Bumrah has best biomechanic not worst his energy speed, variation comes from arm, hands and fingers not back.

Bumrah's main reason for injury is his bowling action.

Biomechanically. Bhumrah has a very odd action so no surprise there. Archer on the other hand has a smoother action but it must be a bone and muscle strength issue. Deadly pace with minimal effort. They simply don't make pacers like they did in previous generations 🏏🏏🏏🏏💪🏽

Bumrah action is odd but really effective, bumrahs 130 ball can feel like 145 who has standard run-up. Also Wasim akram also had an odd action too, as he has an extremely quick arm and that's the reason in his later stage of his career, when seam bowling was taken over by swing bowling, he was still very much effective as a swing bowler

Rumaan Raees is very intelligent and thinking Cricketer. He is right about injuries & young Naseem Shah just faved that shoulder injury in Asia Cup 2023 match against India 🇮🇳. He is also right about the quality of Test Cricket exposure or 4 day Cricket. That’s why first class cricket or list A matches are important. The ODI or T20 are just a platform to execute the skills learnt in longer format of the game.

Mitchell Starc actually does bowl inswinging yorkers which are very difficult. But vo consistency nhi hai. Even in tests he gets hammered very easily 😊

Nahe bro sorry to say but if you look at the impact Bumrah had its like comparing Tupac with biggie .... Australia has a legacy of good yorker bowlers but Bumrah is one of the few exceptions who can actually beat these bowlers in their owb backyard, pay respect where it is due. We Pakistanis always have better bowling than India but Bumrah , irfan Pathan are giants of subcontinent bowling.
