You bring up a great point, but you applied it wrong. Polls always overestimate support for the D party candidate, so the number of people who support Mangione is probably MUCH lower, just like support for Kamala was MUCH lower than the polls told us.

We think that the CEO is ultimately responsible for the policies of his company, and we think when his company has a significantly higher than average rejection rate, it's because of policies and directives that he gave. I remember how the insurance companies had a very large hand in writing it, I remember opposing it strenuously, I remember Roberts upholding it for political reasons, and I remember the Republican House and Senate doing nothing to overturn it when they had the chance. None of that absolves the industry executives of responsibility. The state of healthcare and insurance is EXACTLY what they wanted and lobbied for.

Robbie, Mangioni’s action possibly did save people. Anthem was going through with a plan to cancel coverage for people under anesthesia going past a certain time period. That was going to financially ruin people who need surgery but can’t afford it or can’t afford to take the risk and suffer. After the shooting, Anthem decided to cancel it as a response.

Although I'm NOT a lawyer, I'm pretty sure that there IS a legal definition of precisely what constitutes, 'terrorism'. Luigi Mangione clearly murdered Brian Thompson.What's the point of 'piling on' in a legal sense??? Making this case something that it clearly is NOT, only serves to confuse a potential jury.

You can’t conflate coverage and care in the USA though…those are two totally separate things. The USA has horrible coverage, yet, they lead the world in biomedical research, specialized medicine and care in general. If the M4A reigned in the US,Americans are gonna be covered, but that quality of care, that’s gone. You can’t have both. So Americans are gonna have to pick, coverage or care.

I say that as someone with some libertarian sensibilities - i think drivers license, seat belt, traffic laws go way way too far, all drugs should be legal and regulated, "victimless crimes" are not crimes, intellectual property/patent rights are too strong, and i abhor all nanny state laws (true nanny states laws. Universal health care, social security, welfare, and other social safety nets arent nanny state programs, despite what shapiro tells you. Nanny state laws are things like drug criminalization, vape bans, social media age restrictions, junk food bans, seat belt laws, censorship, etc - like things a nanny would do to a child.
