How strong are the modules on the top? they protrude pretty far. the dunes in our area have trails thru trees and brush. And would be afraid to smack the hell out of that and break it off. Also just so we can try the settings out that the iqs adjust too what are the compression settings for the soft, med, and firm on the can am x3 rs. Karl G. Oregon

Are the electronic adjusters in this kit the same as the ones that are on a Dynamix rzr? If a guy were to purchase a set of shocks from a rzr turbo dynamix could he get the rest of the iqs kit to make it work in a non dynamix rzr?

First of all I really like your videos, clear, concise and very informative. Question: Unless I missed it, since the stock adjuster provides high and low speed compression adjustment how does the iQS make, or not, both adjustments? Also there wasn't anything on the rebound adjustment? Look forward to your response.

Thank you. With IQs the high and low speed are adjusted together. In the simplest way put, soft would be both high and low all the way loose. Medium would be both two turns in. Firm would be both all the way stuff. You loose the ability to separate the H and L adjustments but having used this system extensively I can tell you that switching it on the fly far outweighs the benefit of separating them. Rebound is not in the electronic cards at this time but it is in the future. Hope that helps

@@ShockTherapyllc Thanks for clarifying how the high and low compression adjustments are handled by the iQS. Since the rebound adjustment can't be adjusted on the fly, what would be the recommended manual setting or settings be? In other words, would there be one setting that would be a good compromise for all conditions or does it make sense to set it for the most likely anticipated condition? Unless there is another video that you could point me to, I'd like to better understand how the compression settings relate to the rebound settings. I've always "believed" that they work in concert and and for the best results should be adjusted together.

Roland Hintzman typically once you get rebound where you like it you will leave it alone. Compression is the one you want to change according to conditions and driving style. You would have to really do something different to require rebound changes. Such as jump all day long. More rebound. Whoops all day only. Less rebound. But if you driving through different terrain like most of us or race through rock, sand, mud, trail, whoops all in the same hour you would leave rebound alone once you get it right. Take a look at these live feeds. We did one on how to set your shock adjusters.

How well dose this work with qs3 shocks on 64 wide x3? I do a lot of fast hard trail riding but also love hitting dunes and pounding hard whoops. Already running your springs and made the world's difference!

Outdoorzone it’s a good idea but also really bad my brother and law use to be the driver that had the hand on the lever and there was a small droop at the dunes that come up last minute I was was able to jump it but he was on my tail and his reaction was different and he and up pushing the lever to reverse when the car landed and snapped his belt ( it was a b”” to remove out of the pulleys) and he hurt his gear box putting a bearing true the case! This was in a rzr , with a Yamaha it probably works still think steering wheel better option!

Why not make it react on a speed sensitive setting for it to automatically adjust. As well as have the three settings for manual adjustment

Can am FOR LIFE that is basically the same setup as the live valve that comes in the Polaris and the Honda, our setup is a little more simple and cost effective. We are working on more advanced stuff for the future though.
