2 things 1. The data is cutoff at sep 2021. 2. You're ignoring the fact that AI is just staring out. In a year or two you'll probable need one single prompt inside a GPT powered ide to make an app like this. So no, it might not replace programs right now. But there is no way in 2-3 years big tech companies would bear the salaries of 10 developers when 1 or possibly 2 could do the job.
