Co washing is generally used to strengthen and moisturize hair in between shampoo washes.

I love As I Am Cowash (all of the types). Eden Bodyworks Cowash is amazing too. When I use these in the shower, they actually have a light lather, which makes my scalp feel refreshed as well as making my hair feel soft. I definitely don't exclusively cowash, I also shampoo once or twice a month.

I love the Long & Luxe co wash. It removes grease. What I do is after i deep condition i spray diluted acv onto my scalp to ensure a clean scalp and the rinse that out with water.

I am really liking the As I Am brand at the moment, definitely will be trying more of their products. I love using co washes, lush avocado co wash is really good, it’s like a shampoo bar and a little goes a long way, my hair feels really clean and moisturised after using. Shampoos are just too drying for my hair. Love your videos especially seeing you use this brand.
