SHOCKED To Find HIDDEN Shed and Sidewalk In Homeowner's OVERGROWN Yard

This homeowner posted in our community facebook page saying all she had was $40 and needed her lawn mowed. I got in touch with her and told her I would give her a full cleanup absolutely free. When I showed up they warned me that there was a shed and a sidewalk that went around the shed that was hidden by brush and dirt. When I finally started cutting the brush out I started to reveal the shed and sidewalk. I was shocked that they were correct.

This cleanup included doing many levels at one time. On an initial trip, it could have been appropriate just to manage mowing, so it was navigable. This was actually a yard with a good foundation, junk accumulation wasn't an additional hidden factor, just a lot of overgrowth and cycles that couldn't get done. Hauling brush and such is a big deal, in time and costs. Brian does "make it work" and get it all done. Some places are lucky and have a brush service, if you can get things carried to the street edge.

This is one of the best transformations I've seen in a good long time. There is sidewalks everywhere. The leaves were a mess too. Now the bushes & yard r tamed, so the owner can once again utilize this yard. Very nice job. Here in the Pacific N.W. we are forecast 92° for a high today. Now that's a transformation! I can't believe it. First, that grass looked really wet, besides long and thick. And then, silver maples? Pretty but a nightmare to clean up after. It's such a shame that people don't appreciate their outdoor space more, I have an asphalt yard so I container garden, we do have a council maintained grass area at the front but their maintenance leaves a lot to be desired so I bought a mower and a curved lawn edging spade, it takes me about a week in the spring to remove the overgrowth and weeds from the path but I'm approaching 60 so things take a little longer these days. Thank you for bringing the yard back to life, I hope now that it's tamed they will either pay for someone to maintain it or be able to do it themselves.
