I love the Sierra Leonean hostess. She was great at explaining and helping understand the regional food. She’s eating all that food and still maintaining a fabulous shape and waist line. Hey brother I just had this today at work. I'm in the Navy and a new sailor just checked in from Sierra Leone. Lunch time came around and I asked what she is eating and she told me.
