Something similar to this story happened in a very popular retail store where i worked before. A lady that is a new manager have that thing that you need to slay to work there she herself doesn't work just phoning family and friends the whole day and shouting staff. She doesn't have knowledge of her own work and used me to do all her tasks. Just because im not the girly girly type that like to slay with nails and makeup she used to have a problem with how i dress. I told her that im only there to do my work and not to entertain people. She started name-calling just to feel good about herself. Most of the staff that worked under her complained about how dumb and uneducated she is. So for people that have never worked in a retail store saying that staff or cashiers is rude and treat customers bad, well try putting a smile on your face under such conditions like this story or similar in a work place.

mna i was assaulted punched knocked unconscious where i worked restaurant by the name of naguil oudewesthof Welgemoed ,by the general manager on the 30/08/2024, for asking about contract ,i had to take myself to hospital , we were referred to as monkeys. and these people asked me to leave my job to come work for them.

That's the case with the majority of restaurants I've worked in the industry for more than 10yrs before I started my Construction company That's why you see foreigners dominating that industry they don't complain if you do and you get in trouble like this Xhosa lady you're on your own I can bet you R1000 Management is foreigners, majority of employees are #Zimbaweans

I once worked for a Dr who treated her employees like this. I had no lunch break, i would do data capture exactly after knock off time. If i missed a call. I wasnt even comfortable going to the bathroom. I was still new but she expected perfectionism to the T..she hated everyone including her co workers. From that day i never looked at employment the same. Ill never work for anyone ever ever! The salary was good but not worth the mental health.

When i was working as a security the company was paying south africans according to sira rates but the foreiners where getting 2k a month. They where renting a flat. Two bedroom. They 14 in that flat. Seven day and seven night. The manager was Zimbabwean. They where paying him 300 on their salaries every month. I informed the company boss then left as i got job somewhere.

The fact that you resigned, clearly it is the case of constructive dismissal. They made it hard for you to continue working and you were left with no choice but to resign. Take them on please. Refer the matter to the CCMA. Foreigner company disregarding our laws. Sans, all the gains we made, the deaths of our brothers and sisters for this nonsense??? No, No- we must continue speaking.
