All of those bills (at least from what can see) are from the 1990's. 2010+ 100's have bright purple stripes (that could also be seen from a side profile when in a stack), bright orange and a different overall design. 2 possible scenarios here.... 1) Damon's a youtuber looking for views and shocking video content ( broken windshield..."selling car for 100k"....running from cops video in california). OR 2)Someone had 100k in 1990's bills that they pulled from a safety deposit box (a bank would order money from the FED for a transaction like this, so it would all be new bills, so that wasn't the case). Now ask yourself this. If someone has 100k they're willing to spend, are they going to be dumb enough to send 100k in loose bills UNINSURED through fedex, where they would lose every penny if the package was "lost", or would they send an official check for damon to cash (if they were dumb enough to do this). It is illegal to send cash in the mail but it’s NOT checked! It’s how we send cash to rehab patients. We are instructed to put the cash (and/or tobacco products) in the box and seal it before taking inside a shipping office. If they see it they stop it but once it’s sealed out of site it is not checked. Most of the time entire pallets are just sniffed by dogs. This could be 100 small boxes simultaneously.

That’s very true i work for a armored transportation company and those bills would have straps of either purple or yellow depending of 20’s or 100’s to show how much you have not just straight up 50k with two bands on them. And Wells, Frost and BOA don’t give out circulation money with big deposits like that they are always new from the mint. Another way you will know is the serial numbers are within the same area because bills are cut then strapped then bagged and given to federal banks to hand out to smaller bank and those bills are never touched or separated until customers need the money.

This is not very shocking IMO. FedEx & UPS offers insurance when you send packages, insuring whatever the shipment contains. It is possible to insure a package for whatever the declared value is ($100k.) The contract is more than likely a document that is stating the sale of the DDE Lambo. This can be an issue as Damon has previously stated he has seriously considered selling this vehicle for $100k. The person who sent this package is not in any risk because packages that are above a certain value require signature upon receiving. 1 of 2 things can happen, Damon return the money at his expense (shipping to & from costs) or 2 selling the Lambo. I would hate to see a legal issue from this as he may not have been completely serious about the original $100k asking price, but this definitely could turn into a costly legal matter as he accepted this package & verbal contracts hold up in court (especially with video evidence.)

It is 100% legal to send any amount of money through any postal service, except for the obvious reasons if you are money laundering or doing any other criminal activity with it. USPS will only insure up to $50,000 dollars though, hence why they probably shipped it via FedEx, but I'm not too sure what their policies are.
