You forgot about the Pison River mentioned in Genesis. Eden is where the 4 rivers meet, The Tigres, Euphrates, Gihon and Pison. The only place that this is possible is modern day Iraq or ancient Babylonia. Satellite images actually show that the rivers do all meet there except 2 of them have been dried up and are nothing more than ancient river beds. Honestly though it's irrelevant as we couldn't find it anyways seeing that God put a Cherub with a flaming sword in charge of keeping us out and that's only if we could see through it to begin with as it's pretty clear in Genesis that he camouflaged it from us being able to see it for the very reason of future generations trying to find it.

Moses would have been the one to originally transcribe Genesis as we have it, his geological understanding at the time would be the best to work off and any "gate" that we find would be impossible to cross Granted Egyptian history is chronologically confused given how all evidence for Caanites occupation and even the plagues put events slightly off by a couple hundred years so nailing down a correct map to use might be difficult. I'm personally unaware of what translation of the Toledot lead to the modern Torah or even Latin Vulgate, though I suppose it would have to be from the Septuagint. If that's the case then a quick bit of exegetical hermeneutics that heavily focuses on The Dead Sea scrolls and any applicable language and cartography references from between those two times with full focus on previous Egyptian cross-references should do well to narrow it down. Would also probably be worth it to take a look at Pangea's orientation as well, though now that I think about it, the theoretical super continent is oriented using modern continental structures. The dates might be off, but the order of events should be close enough. The chixulub crater was formed at the end of the dinosaurs reign supposedly 65 million years ago, but Pangea could have started drifting 230 million years ago, but the two events probably are more closely related considering fossils of same species found across continents is used as hard evidence for Pangea.
