I think they have suffered enough. They should be paroled.

I really hope that the courts will hear this new evidence! The prosecution was so intent on putting on a “winning” show, that too many truths got lost in the BS. I honestly think they were abused. Not saying murder was right, but they need a new trial.

They filed a habeas in 2023, their case was reopened and everything is pending at the moment. But I think 2024 will be their year

Cheri Woods, a madam in the 80s ran a call girl service. She said Jose was banned from using her service after he kept hurting the girls in horrible ways pretending to R them too...scared them so much they'd never go out again with him...she said he was a sadist and said kenneth bianchi, a client (the hillside strangler) used her service and was a gentlemen compared to jose... she said he at first requested 13 year olds..which she said she had no minors there but sent the youngest looking women... lyle's attorney asked her to testify and she was afraid to but said she would cuz the brothers faced death penalty..she said she'd provide any proof she had... i am wondering why she wasn't called as a witness in the first trial...i just know she was on joan rivers show same year as trial but i don't know what month...maybe it affected her credibility..i honestly believe her..she said that was in 1983...6 years prior to the murder...jose scared everyone he encountered

I believe the brothers were abused, that the mom let it happened but murder is inexcusable.

I heard about this case but never looked into it, i don’t recall the nightly news mentioning the defence being sexual abuse, they were portrayed as evil boys who wanted their parents money. They usually do send confessed killers to prison regardless of their defence, if they let off people who kill, this will allow others to do the same and use the same excuse, it’s a deterrent. If they didn’t kill their mom I think they may of at least served less time, it would of seemed more like an emotional response rather than premeditated murder.

They were grown men and didn't have to be under their parents roof anymore. I believe them about the sexual abuse but that doesn’t mean they can kill their parents. Many survivors of abuse think about killing their abusers but don't kill anyone . If they were not grown men when it happened it would be to escape abuse.

@@alishaparker315 I mean legally.....is it not murder anymore? I don't want to diminish their experience. Is abuse a reason to murder as an adult? What I mean is....I don't think the court cares why because they were adults.

@@aleeko007you clearly don’t understand law and different types of murder and manslaughter….you a kid? Sorry you’re reasoning is beyond simplistic and silly. 😂🙄 an uneducated opinion is worthless. Actually it’s worse….others who can’t critically think might believe those spouting inane opinions.
