Great musical vibes, love the Portuguese lament nuances combined by an unusually gentle Caribbean steel drum sound. Beautiful! And, at the football celebration - free - concert, a bit of African drum fun! Yay! Many thanks to you for taking us on a free musical and dancing night out. A lovely vibe and I just LOVE the free concerts! Here in the UK the media pump up big concert tours like Taylor Swift this year 2024 (Taylor Swift is great but we weren't in the hype) then already for next year they are pumping hype for an Oasis reunited tour. Then every teenager is eager to go to one or other big expensive pop concert. Cynically, I can't help but suspect it is generally to help the economies of big post industrial cities, and nothing good for the ordinary teenager? It all costs hundreds of pounds, generally made possible by hard working dads and mums like myself, even if the kids get their pop concert money from a part-time job, they still get free rent and bills, so we parents subsidise the big business, of generally big city, pop concerts. The biggest is in the countryside, Glastonbury, and the beautiful best surf beach Newquay does have a beach pop concert. But... mostly it is about big cities wanting people to spend money there. So, I'm gonna to show my daughter your super chill vid and she'll understand that it's way better to spend less money on a flight to a magical relaxed Atlantic island and enjoy free music in the streets of a cool small Atlantic island city, rather than join the hype of big post industrial UK in the rain and chilly weather pop concerts and festivals, with expensive drinks, illegal drugs and probably broken hearts at the very least. Bless you for showing us that there is a better more peaceful and gentle, free Cape Verdean way! With better music too! Sorry Taylor your cool rock was a fun backtrack to my daughter's childhood, but our souls really yearn for African-Portuguese fusion wafting with lovely rhythms in Cape Verde.
