I wish you had gone into more details about your experiences as an investor. You used the example of $10,000 but that is obviously not a realistic minimum amount of money for a person who is serious about investing. How are the locals towards foreign investors living there? How easy is it to get a resident permit or second passport if you invest there? Safety issues? Crime? Tax issues? Friendliness of the government? I've visited north Africa once a few years ago, and I had planned to visit other parts of the continent but then came COVID and I never made the trip. I like the idea of investing in different parts of Africa. So much of the continent in many different countries is undeveloped and full of potential. The USA is turning into a amoral garbage dump and I'm seriously looking for options for investment and retirement.

Rwanda is the number1 go to for investors in Africa and that is for a reason. I will name a few: 1. It's a Very peaceful country: Where you will never be judged based on your race or whether you're a local or not. Rather you'll feel very welcomed. No crimes you will never be attacked no matter the hour of the day you choose to move. 2. Very friendly for investors: You do not need to know anybody to open your company with RDB. The process is very clear and smooth. No corruption involved 3. It's a very Clean Country and the weather is very nice. Honestly you will love it here. Come visit!!!

That's #Facts at 08:44, you have to have a PASSIVE INCOME already if you're going to invest/retire somewhere else! Or have a thriving business with the locals. Anywhere on earth this is a good rule.

Rwanda was not multi cultural and SA had more opportunities and superb business environment. Rwanda is still 3rd World, very hilly and infrastructure very poor of a person without a car. Security is still a problem. As an Indian I want to be with white people as white influence is very important from Medical to Universities and all walks of life.
