During Pride month we had booklets available at work about " Coming out as Gay at work" & " How to support your trans and non binary work colleagues " - we are second to last in the region store performance wise apparently. In the staff magazine thing was an article about trans issues with photos of some pink haired non binary staff member lecturing managers on supporting trans staff and customers.
