Find someone who can speak in English and talk to them. Start thinking in English instead of translating sentences in mind. Speaking practice is the only way to get confidence and fluency in any language.

Learn new words daily practice it and use it in your daily life so they you won't forget the words. Read anything in English or watch anything on KZbin with English subtitles. Make a note of new words you come across and look it up on google for its meaning and type it down in that notes app on your phone. It will help you revise the new words at regular intervals so that you will remember it.
