Bloodnotch combo went unnerfed so I had to make a build with it. Super nice for classes like hiero that have issues with stun & sustain. Can facetank nearly everything, as there are a few edge cases where you don't get stunned. DoT can be pretty scary though.

Step 1: be Dan

Amulet is probably something like: alt spam for +1 all regal if using a fractured base like his, then craft cannot roll attacks; you could also multimod+cannot roll attacks for a better chance to keep +1 all. If doing this on non fractured base then you can multimod+cannot roll attack+prefix cannot be changed and guarantee +1 of what ever gems you want basically Harvest add/remove phys and hopefully keep +1 all Prefix cannot be changed Veiled chaos/Aisling Shield I guess essence spam scorn for suppress, then with open prefixes block mana and slam exalt twice for +1 totem, if you don't hit craft suffix cannot be changed scour and go again but I could be wrong here

only shaper prefix mod of shield is +1 totem. this means you can spam essences of scorn of spell crit +suppress then prefix cannot be changed then reforge cold, fire, or lightning for ele res, or reforge chaos for chaos res. there is also the chance to hit max res but its low weighting. after you finish suffix you can craft suffix cannon be changed then forge influenced to grantee +1 totem.
