When working/banging with aluminum cases over an iron work area, recommend to use a foam layer as it helps prevent skidding and aluminum pitting/cracking. I see you banging on the bearings which is okay, but the other side it might get superficial nicks or pits along with constant skidding and can sometimes even induce minute cracks on the aluminum cases. A cheap yoga mat or something like a thick household sack too works well. Rest is all good. Thank you.
