He probably never care that much about the money he earn. You ever see him spend any of his money like most rich athlete does? Othani lived in a hotel and all he does day in and out is baseball. He never cared about anything else. In a way you could say his whole life he only had learn how to play this game and this makes him vulnerable to scams like what happen to his old account. He trusted his friend way too much to handle all of the banking stuff. Ippei even sometimes buy his grocery for Othani. This is a person who though his friend would never actually be that horrible to steal money when they know each other for years and he even got him his job.

Here's some of the clients and associates that robbed and stole money from athletes and celebrities - Tim Duncan was robbed $20 million dollars, John Elway lost $15 million, Kareem Abul Jabbar lost $9 million, Kevin Garnett lost $78 million, Usain Bolt lost $12 million, Robert DeNiro lost $88 million dollars, Elton John lost $29 million, Billy Joel $90 million ect......All by clients, associates and even close partners.

Why would the interpreter mention gambling if he's stealing money from that very man. It would raise suspicions. If anything he shouldn't mention gambling to Shohei. Especially since Shohei has stated in the past that he doesn't get why people enjoy gambling. Shohei is all baseball baby

How convenient for the Dodgers and MLB that Shoehei was COMPLETELY innocent here. I’m sensing some professional fixers at work. With the interpreter taking the full hit knowing he will be taken care of for life. I don’t doubt the interpreter is innocent at all…I just also doubt Shohei wasn’t somehow completely unaware.

How convenient for you to make baseless claims. How about reading the report that the Feds released. It explains in detail the findings of the investigation. But I have a feeling you won’t read it. It seems like you made up your mind and won’t change your mind no matter how much evidence there is that proves Ohtani’s innocence.
