Yes, most of these are Yoko (Side) Tomoe Nage. Very advanced and difficult. One of my friends was great at it. We called it the Helicopter Throw.

Yes, and it is faster and smoother from the Yoko version. You have to attempt the throw though, otherwise the ref may call you for trying to pull guard like in bjj.
