Definitely playable, I would use her as a counter/a pick in good comps for her rather than just picking her all the time though

She's pretty good overall, I think she's slightly better as a counter but she's a decent blind too. I have a taliyah game coming soon!

imo she's not normally a good blindpick, if you're really good with her you can make her work (some matchups you'll need to take fleet d shield 2nd wind to survive) but I think it's easier if you use her as a counter

Rakan a real one. Call denied and still shows up for the mid lane date. Also, IDK wtf they did to Brand's E, but I swear it hits even when you visibily get out of the circle before it goes off. That crap almost always lands for some reason and just leads to random unexpected stuns. I thought it was just me, but I see it happening to you too lmfao.
