There seems to be some confusion in the comments over what Donald Cox actually says at 1:03. He refers to the American performer Mike McShane who appeared with the aforementioned Rory Bremner in Who's Line Is It Anyway? Bob Mortimer is wrong to suggest that Bremner appeared in Doctor Who but McShane was in the 2012 episode The Angels Take Manhattan, with Matt Smith as The Doctor.
