It’s hit factor scoring, it’s the amount of point collected on a target over time it’s take to complete the stage, going the fastest doesn’t mean you will win, it’s the balance of speed and accuracy. Edit: look into uspsa shooting and join have some fun

We aren't in the 60s anymore paw paw. Red dots help to refine accuracy. It's like telling a formula 1 driver to put a corolla engine in their car to test their driving ability. It's silly

We live in 21 century now. Red dots are the standard sights on most guns. Irons are for backup.

@@-Seager Last time I competed with Lena Miculek (Shotgun World Shoot 2018, France) I won in combined scores despite shooting pump shotgun (Standard Manual division). Lena shot Standard (with semi-auto Mossberg).
