I went through that a few years ago. I’m sorry you’re dealing with it. I hope it passes soon for you. I went to therapy and it helped a lot. I had to have someone drive me but I would suggest to try it over FaceTime or something like that if you can’t get out. It wasn’t an option for me at the time but having someone with me when I had to leave the house helped me a lot. I couldn’t go out alone without having a full blown panic attack.

I agree about waking up early. I get up at 4 am every morning to feed my animals and have my coffee and then I walk for five miles. I suffer with depression and this routine works for me. It has helped me sooo much and I have tried literally everything. I love having my quiet time in the morning before the rest of the world wakes up. I love going to the stores when they first open. The store is always so quiet and empty!!

As someone who has worked at the library for over 20 years.🫣I really wish more people would visit their local library. Most but not all have a wide variety. We have new release dvds, switch games ps4 etc. for free. several apps with audio, music and movies. For FREE! Don’t forget free wifi and computer use.

Also in a strawberry phase! It started with an email about that Pharmacy strawberry cleansing balm last week. I'm allergic to an ingredient in it, but I had a sudden craving. I found a Fresh strawberry scrub, and a strawberry face mask. Then I got a strawberry phone case (just a $12 Amazon cheapie), a matching lanyard for my work keys, and a little strawberry crossbody for walking my dogs. I might be done. I might not be.

It's always nice to watch a "day in the life" type of video. I'm in Sydney, Australia, and stores do not give out plastic bags any more. We take our own bags, or we can buy paper bags at some stores. I still have to buy rolls of plastic bags to deal with three cats' worth of litter trays though.

Dunkin’s cold brew with sweet cold foam is great! It the only well balanced drink I’ve found there. They’re always way too sweet or just otherwise not good. The black cold brew plus sweet cold foam is perfect

As someone who works with Dunkin’ corp and is a subscriber, I’m loving the support 👏🏻👏🏻 Dunkin’ does have some sweet coffee drinks, but they do have more “unsweet” flavor options than Starbucks. I’d try it with less of what you got or with unsweet vanilla next time!

I live in Scottsdale, so it was fun seeing some of my regular spots. We have a lot of shops 😂 Definitely recommend La Grande Orange for amazing pizza with house-made sourdough crust and an iced “nut milk” latte from there too. Also, Sol at the Quarter has amazing margaritas and tacos 🌮… lastly, haha my trick with Last Chance is an hour before close. Lotta overachievers out here getting there when it opens, generally. Love dunkin, I keep it simple. Just a iced coffee with regular cream and sugar, and cold foam on top. I dont like sweet drinks so its perfect BUT I also think it depends on who makes it cus some days its not made good and other days I wanna go hug the person who made it cus its sooo good lol

I’m in Oregon and they haven’t done a full ban on plastic bags, but you have to pay a bag fee if you don’t bring your own reusable bag. When I moved from Denver, they had just passed a similar law there that I believe is in effect now too. I try to use reusable when I can, so it’s not usually a big deal.

The key to Dunkin' donuts is adding an extra shot of espresso. I actually like coffee and my only complaint about Duncan is that they add too much sugar and not enough coffee. So I do a pump or two less of whatever sweetener and add an extra shot espresso and then it is perfection.

I live in the east valley and I guess I take for granted the fact that we do “have everything” like you said. I’m right in the middle of multiple targets, TJ Maxx, Canes, Chipotle…all like 10-12 minutes away in either direction lol. Thanks for the video, Taylor! Plastic bags are still very much a thing in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. I decline a bag when possible or take a reusable bag with me to use. If I end up with bags, I take them to a store that recycles them, or use them as trash bags.

Give Face Halo a try! As an esthetician I recommend these to my clients in place of makeup wipes and they love them 😊 I like to use w a micellar water but you can just dampen the face halo w regular water. Plus they are washable AND reusable so less waste!

Where I live in Canada the stores stopped using plastic bags like 3 years ago. It's strictly re-usable bags now. It sucks when you forget them at home and have to buy new ones, you end up with 75 re-usable bags 😅

okay so pro tip: if you order anything sweetened at dunkin and don’t specify how much, they will try to send you into sugar shock with the amount of syrup they use lol. i always ask for one pump in a medium. ps my go-to is a medium cold brew with one pump of mocha and one cream.
