Make sure you do your physio exercises and try and use it as soon a possible (without pushing it too hard!)

@@lilyflorencefitnessThanks lily for replying, I am from Thailand ,doctors have not gave me any physio exercises ,is quite different here .May I ask for the name the of exercises is called so I can check it up and hope to recover fast , so sorry for disturbing you but I appreciate your help as I go through this recovery .thanks
