Im just confused what the bottom plate and and studs are for when you have block walls... Red Heads, Through Bolts, Or even Tapcons every 8 inches and you could have a ledger board all the way round... I am lazy, so I inevitably find the most cost effective means of construction, which is almost always the most well built as well.
