I relate on so many levels to what you are saying and I myself feel the same way about my collection. It’s similar to yours minus all the special shades you have. I wish back then I would have would have already known what I really liked so I could have curated my collection quite a bit.

Yes!! I used to buy sooooo much because I didn't have the slightest clue what I liked and didn't like. Now, I usually know beforehand and just don't buy things I am uncertain if I'll like 😂

I'll be moving next summer so I need to do it by then. Weed out the trash! Lol I have 2-I have Sugar Cookie (translucent) and Cupcake (peachy tone). I like the Sugar Cookie one best because it doesn't add any extra coverage or color.

I’m actually kinda glad I don’t currently have more makeup storage cause I think I’d just wanna fill it up if I did. 😂 your collection is impressive. I just have a bunch of cheap Colourpop makeup and random multichrome singles from a few brands. I’m trying to branch out more though because there’s too much good stuff out there. 😭 lordt help me. I also love your sense of humor, you kinda remind me of myself. Lol yep- that's basically what I did- filled up every single drawer 😂 I mean, if buying makeup and trying new things makes you happy, go for it ❤ when I was buying all my stuff, it made me happy (in the moment) and I do love having a large collection... but there's so many more things I'd rather spend that kind of money on- experiences or things that won't expire 😂 But you do you, boo ❤❤

Also with the special shades, i love them too, but i feel like once you have a pretty sizeable collection like you and i do, you have it all. And anything else you can either mix or it really wont look THAT different on the eyelid. So that helped me stop buying singles and just use the ones i have. Because like you said they're so expensive!!

Yep!! After you own hundreds-I can't believe I have that many- everything else is a slight variation of something you already own. It's not even distinguishable on the eyes at that point lol

My collection is ridiculous and I bailed on black Friday this year too. Buying makeup was my coping mechanism too and since I've been feeling better I've curbed my purchasing whims for the most part. Occasionally I will grab a few new things on the Ulta or Sephora apps if I have a rough day but for the most part I'm sticking with what I already have. If I have a really bad day I'll grab a pallete or two out of my collection and swatch the shit out of them and that makes me happy.

I've watched all of your videos for the past year. You're one of my favorite youtubers. It's great to hear you're feeling better. You're so confident, you're not afraid to make mistakes and laugh it off because things irl don't always work as planned. I feel like the more popular beauty youtubers are a little more intimidating because they're soooo ridiculously good at things. Not everyone is on that crazy skill level. STOP WITH THE BRONZIN HAHA. cats are reilient things and they have nine life so they can survive the most, so glad yours are all better. we dont celebrate thanksgiving here in norway so i celebrate thanksgiving everyday eating wise haha. i hardly buy makeup anymore bc of the insanly high prices here, i went to the grocery store this week and would you think the goonies are charging me 4 dollars for a tiny cucumber, so im not buy much of anything other than food. but i bought the ct highlighter want on my vacay and my mom gifted me the ct hyaluronic happikiss lip gloss balm in pillow talk. hope your week and day are going well and say hi to your boyfriend and wish him all the best. love ya

Hey girl!! I felt bad for not uploading- especially for people like you that have always been so supportive and are here nearly every video. I was worried y'all might think something really bad happened to me since I hadn't been uploading lol I've been in a makeup rut myself- nor only is nothing really exciting new these days, but like you said, food is expensive enough-if I have a choice between a new bronzer or a meal for me and the kids, food is going to win every time. I've repurchased several items (Becca Undereye, Nars Concealer, etc), but the only new makeup I've purchased is the ND eyeshadow palettes. I'm ok with it 🤷‍♀️ I don't think the boyfriend would want to be in a video 😂 He'd prolly get a kick out of "Mr. Michelle" though 🤣🤣 Anyway, glad to see you here. I've missed chatting with you all. Please take care of yourself. I'm hoping to upload again soon, so hopefully we will chat sooner rather than later💜💜

I think this is great. U do have a large collection. 😆 🤣. But with inflation and the cost of everything. I think it is nice to have a make up channel that focuses on using what u have. I think it would be great if maybe u focused on doing a different palette a month with looks too. I find myself wanting to focus on my collection and loving it ❤. Not wanting to buy so much.

Girl... and this is AFTER I've decluttered numerous times 🤣🤣 If I uploaded more I could definitely do a series like that, but I don't have a consistent enough upload schedule due to time limitations. But it's something I'll absolutely consider for in the future when I have more free time ❤️❤️ I'm glad you enjoy that type of content though 🥰 it'll certainly save you money!!
