Great videos.Its hard for most people to understand you can draw the fitting from any side. They think when they see top it is the way it should be installed. We would draw the drives on the shop ticket or mark raw so there would be no confusion and get the length correct.

I almost always invision my fittings flat on back no idea why. Also mistakenly installed one I measured backwards. If I looked at my drawing I would have seen flat on front for a change, could have saved some aggravation.

Aggravation is part of the job :( but we also get satisfaction when looking back at the work we installed.

Definitely very interesting! I was told that the CNC table cant cut any elbow that are of two different dimensions. Also I'm told that if its a horizontal elbow, only the wide side can change, and if its a vertical elbow only the narrow side can change, according to the CNC machine, is that always true?

Our CNC plasma can do a drop cheek change elbow.
