I asked about this type of transition a while back and have already finished the project I was working on at the time. It turned out fine but in a different way than I preferred. But now that I know the correct way of doing this it will be easier the next time. Thank You...

This is a great method. I just tried it in 2d cad recently, so I could plasma cut the shapes. Confusion 360 lets you easily loft the shape in 3d, but then it's impossible to transfer to a 2d flat pattern. So this is still the best method

Really helpful techniques. Do you have a video for going from a rectangle to a circle that is larger than the rectangle? For example, a 27” x 26” rectangle to 31” diameter circle?

It’s done exactly the same as this video. The round will be in a different location, but the steps are all the same.
