Good morning, the chocolate from years ago was Milk Tray in a bar, loved that. I like Aldi's orange chocolate buttons, oh my word they are delicious 😋

I remember buying a chocolate bar like that when i was a child and i am 65 now so yes you are right.

Hi Rhi, I remember Fry's chocolate creme, and I think they had different flavours in their bar 🤔 Galaxy was another one of my favourite chocolates, besides Cadbury's... and I like Bournville as well. But these days I don't eat much chocolate... like you I find it far too sweet. I'm sure they've increased the sugar in confectionary. It's the same with cakes and pastries... unless my taste for sweet things has changed since my menopause! 🤣 Have a good weekend and don't eat too much chocolate... it will only make you feel sick! 🤢

Cadburys have definitely gone downhill. The taste is not the same at all. The Milk Tray box of choccies is just awful, no soft centres at all☹ my favourites were always the strawberry cream and the orange cream but they just don't exist any more. I actually had to bin most of the chocolates in the last box as they were truly disgusting. Horrid horrid centres, nothing like they used to be sadly.🙁
