I loved the RL dress. Any of the colors were so elegant and timeless. Yes, way too early for valentines decor. Retailers rush things too much for me. Even tho I worked retail a long time ago. Many pretty clothes today, thanks for sharing. And you picked the nail color that was my favorite. 😊. Merry Christmas and happy New Year.

the coat in m and s looked lovely there are some really great sparkling ladies clothes out this year i just love people dressing up on a night out i dont know why but as i get older i tend to become more interested in styles you can look attractive in whatever you wear if the clothes you are wearing fit well and coordinate colours are more accessible than ever great video emily thank you a very merry christmas to you and all your followers

I think it’s terribly sad that they can’t leave it for four days before they’ll bring out the Easter eggs which is ridiculous, we as an old married couple of 55yrs don’t believe in Valentines Day too commercialised for us now but I suppose everything is the same. It was always exciting when we were much younger, saving up, starting a food box with Christmas treats when I’d buy one thing every week from the end of August so the cost was spread out, finding the right toys & really enjoying December & the final sprint for Christmas. I wondered why you’d changed your nail colour before Christmas Day, were you fed up with colour? The coats are lovely & cosy plus look dressy enough for the evening. Take care xx

It’s wonderful that you have those moments to look back on. I agree, I think it is so important to slow down and enjoying the moments a little more. I changed the nail colour just before Christmas as didn't think it'd last until then and then wanted something that would see me through to the new year ☺️

The shops start putting things out half price for decorations etc before Christmas so they can start filling up with back to school essentials or valentines and Easter! The shops put hot cross buns out on December 26! Ridiculous if you ask me!🙄
