From across the pond in Europe, I can only admire your shop! Not only is it excellently stocked, I definitely like the organization and layout as well. WOW!, You are better stocked then the Huge National Hobby store we have here. Love the selection and amount you have in stock. Wish we had a store that well stocked. I hope you do a good volume to have all that. I would rather shop brick and mortar then places like Amazon, but no one can stock the variety or volume usually. Wow, walked right by your store when I was vacationing in St John's 2 years ago, but didn't stop in because I was, well, vacationing, not shopping. Now I'm sad I didn't, your store is way better stocked and organized than anything we have in Ottawa. I'm setting up a new hobby space, if I find I need anything after that(Besides a bunch of Vallejo and Citadel Air products because I'm tired of thinning down the standard ones all the time) I'll definitely send you a message.

That's paradise for me ! That Forge World box at 1:35 on the right, that's quite interesting in Spain and the UK all I've ever seen are Blood Bowl and Necromunda Forge World items on retail stores (besides Warhammer World that is).

@@dennishorror142 Don't be ridiculous. People are buying retail stores even as we speak, in the middle of a pandemic. It happens constantly. My own local game store was purchased by its current owner just a few years ago after saving for ten years. It is not only possible, it happens daily. Read her description of the video, since you seem so adamant that she has no connection to the store. She specifically uses the term 'my store' and 'retail stores like mine'. So, either she co-owns it with Mr. Steele, or perhaps they are married, it matters little. She states in the video description that it is her store, and I'm inclined to believe her. You may, of course, do as you see fit.

Wow I cannot believe how much stuff you stock! A hobby store would normally only stock a few basic model sets and paints but would cover a lot of genres, but you must stock EVERY item! Novel idea filming the stock! Hope it helps.

My local store is running curb side delivery so just drive up, call in order and with credit card they set out your purchase in a bag outside the front door. Just walk up and take home.

Ah - so that's where the channel name comes from. Just did a Google Street View on it and what a great looking shop. In fact what a great looking town, all those wooden houses down the side streets behind the store, painted in bright colours. Not what we imagine a North American town to look like.

Second the curb side pick up idea that others have mentioned. A lot of stores and restaurants are doing that here in the States. That way, they can still stay open, in a way. If Canada stays locked down longer, do give the mail order option a look. Many smaller, nimbler shops are outdoing the larger hobby shops online with better, faster service, especially for staple and basic items like paint, brushes, etc. If nothing else, its worth investigating to see if its a financially viable option for you. Yeah, my small FLGS has updated their webstore and are selling better than ever since they have stock left while many other places are sold out. Especially on paints, while FLGS has full racks.

@@75kurai Agreed! Sword N Steele has an amazing array of paints and tools, far better than a lot of larger online shops. If she'd sell those online, assuming its financially viable, even folks like me who aren't really into figure modeling might give it a go. Even if only non-spray paints were sold (there are shipping issues with sprays, obviously) I'll bet a lot of folks might go for them. Ebay selling is another option in these uncertain times.

Never played MTG before, curious so looked up the Beta Black Lotus card to see how much. I saw prices ranging anywhere from $20,000 to $100,000 US! I swore out loud and now have to put money that could've gone towards purchasing that card into the swear jar.

I had no idea you ran a store! So jealous of that range of booster packs. I'm not sure how popular Ebay is in Canada, but you may want to try selling it via there to skip setting your own shopping website. It works very well for me here in Australia. Canada is my 3rd most shipped to overseas destination for MTG singles so there is certainly some amount of demand.
