I have cookiebot enabled on my site directly to the code, can I use the official instagram & facebook app to set meta pixel on my shopify page used with cookiebot? Since I live and sell to europe I need to ask for cookie consent, is GTM only choice if i want this cookiebot?

Hi, Shopify native apps such as Facebook & Instagram or Googe & KZbin, recognizes other CMP apps only. if you add cookie consent directly via theme or GTM, you have to move the Meta Pixel to theme.liquid or GTM and then configure the CMP manually.

I have my pixel setup with my Shopify store in native way, the problem I'm facing is that my Event match quality score needs to improve. It says to " Update to IPv6 for PageView events " like this could you please help me. should i follow your this process

Hi, not all users have IPv6 on their browsers, therefore you can ignore that warning for now. Also the match quality for PageView is not going to be as high as Purchase since we do not have any user_data such as email, phone etc. on the pageview events. The warnings/error you are seeing are not high concerns and you can ignore them.

Hi when I do the cHTML config tag on the tag assistant it says that it fired 1 time however I cannot see the pixel helper firing. What could be the reason for this. also with all other steps pixel is not firing

Hi, make sure you do not have any adsblockers, that can be a reason. Also check if your Meta Pixel ID is correct.
